What a pleasure it was to deal with Holloway Removals. Clear affordable pricing, professional staff, excellent service. From the start to the end of the process, all the the staff were attentive to details, mindful of my concerns and overall accommodating and flexible. Arianne was helpful in clarifying my queries and concerns. Williams and Denny were extremely professional in their handling of fragile items, plants, etc. They were quick, punctual and friendly. Making our move day a lot less stressful. Brianna's reminder and follow up calls were very good to keep track of the removal schedule. A huge thank you to you all.
Paul and Manny were amazing. The building I was leaving had access problems and they handled it very well. The new place had four flights of stairs and they took them like absolute legends, they worked fast, didn't stop and kept my mind at ease the whole time. The price is higher than other quotes - but worth every dollar!! I will use them again and would highly recommend.
Amazing from start to finish. I contacted Holloway removals and spoke to Jack after the mover we had booked on Sunday just didn't show up. Jack quickly arranged for our move to be done the following day and confirmed within 2 hours of first speaking to him. We then got text messages from Felisha to be our contact for our move. Felisha was amazing as well and quick to respond to any questions I had and super helpful. Felisha also followed up after the move was completed to ensure we were happy. The onsite team that my husband worked with during the move, Pedro, Antonio and Samuel we absolutely fantastic. My husband said they were super hard working, very careful of all of our furniture, plastic wrapping anything that was fabric and extra careful with all our other items. We were moving from a 2 bedroom with a lot of stuff to a 4 bedroom house. It took a long time, around 7.5 hours but they could not have been harder workers or more efficient. Thank you Holloway removals for making this already very stressful move a lot less so.read more

I talked to Bethany on the phone to get a quote; she was very friendly and helpful, and sent along the terms digitally so I could take some time to decide. Got quoted $150 an hour for two men and a truck, which seemed very reasonable considering the other quotes I'd seen.I was given a delivery window of 9-12; on the day, I got a call at about 10:30am saying that it's likely that they'd show up well after 12, which I was fine with, and I really appreciate the advance warning and the effort taken to keep us in the loop. They called half an hour ahead of arrival around 1, and our movers (Alex and Alin) were both friendly and considerate and moved everything carefully and efficiently, as well as disassembled and reassembled the beds with their own tools.All in all, very happy with the service and the terms of billing. They did the job quickly and carefully and were really friendly as well. Good experience.read more

Paul and Andrew from Holloways did a fantastic job with our big house move. Both guys were extremely polite and respectful of our household items. Not a single thing was damaged during the move and Paul and Andrew were able to move fridges, couches, beds in just two truckloads. Highly recommend these guys for your next house move.

I have moved with these guys 4 times and their service is super great - they always have such a can-do attitude and work so hard to get everything done efficiently. The most recent time I moved was a stressful period - right as social distancing measures came into effect, with everyone feeling a lot of anxiety, and it happened to be a really hot day. These guys worked so hard and were so professional and helpful in spite of all the challenges. Plus, they're well priced! Definitely recommend!
