I talked to Bethany on the phone to get a quote; she was very friendly and helpful, and sent along the terms digitally so I could take some time to decide. Got quoted $150 an hour for two men and a truck, which seemed very reasonable considering the other quotes I'd seen.I was given a delivery window of 9-12; on the day, I got a call at about 10:30am saying that it's likely that they'd show up well after 12, which I was fine with, and I really appreciate the advance warning and the effort taken to keep us in the loop. They called half an hour ahead of arrival around 1, and our movers (Alex and Alin) were both friendly and considerate and moved everything carefully and efficiently, as well as disassembled and reassembled the beds with their own tools.All in all, very happy with the service and the terms of billing. They did the job quickly and carefully and were really friendly as well. Good experience.

Holloway's have been consistently excellent in our recent multiple moves. They also have great support when you use their storage facility. They are professional, courteous and always on time. Their employees have been gentle with our special items and efficient. In particular, Mark and Diego, were absolutely fantastic as movers, taking care to wrap items for us and nothing was too much trouble. Paul and Andrew from Holloways did a fantastic job with our big house move. Both guys were extremely polite and respectful of our household items. Not a single thing was damaged during the move and Paul and Andrew were able to move fridges, couches, beds in just two truckloads. Highly recommend these guys for your next house move.

Arianne was helpful in clarifying my queries and concerns. Williams and Denny were extremely professional in their handling of fragile items, plants, etc. They were quick, punctual and friendly. Very professional moving and storage company located in Arncliffe. The movers I had were on time, friendly, strong and efficient. The staff at the storage office give great customer service.

Paul and Manny were amazing. The building I was leaving had access problems and they handled it very well. The new place had four flights of stairs and they took them like absolute legends, they worked fast, didn't stop and kept my mind at ease the whole time. The price is higher than other quotes - but worth every dollar!! I will use them again and would highly recommend.

I've given a four star review overall because of a problem we had on the day. However, Felisha dealt with the issue quickly and professionally and we were soon back on track. We were a two part move combining two households and we particularly want to acknowledge what a fantastic job Alex did of managing the crews and making sure everything was moved safely and efficiently.
