1. Clear out living room clutter.
Your home may have plenty of space eleven months out of the year. But as Christmas draws near and you begin hosting friends and family in your space, you may find yourself feeling a bit claustrophobic.
Storage units are perfect for housing large pieces of furniture that take up tons of space in your home and limit the number of people who can fit comfortably in social areas like living and sitting rooms. Why not move out the extra-large sofa and coffee table to accommodate smaller seating for more guests? A storage unit provides the perfect holding space for furniture until party season is over.
2. Make room for the tree.
If you put up a Christmas tree, you’ve likely run into the challenge of getting the tree to fit in limited space. Few of us have a large, blank space in our room that can accommodate a holiday tree, so we end up taking Dad’s recliner and cramming it into the office space or guest room.
