I've given a four star review overall because of a problem we had on the day. However, Felisha dealt with the issue quickly and professionally and we were soon back on track. We were a two part move combining two households and we particularly want to acknowledge what a fantastic job Alex did of managing the crews and making sure everything was moved safely and efficiently. The whole thing was done with military precision - thanks to him - and for both of us it was our best experience of a house move (and we've both moved multiple times including internationally). I talked to Bethany on the phone to get a quote; she was very friendly and helpful, and sent along the terms digitally so I could take some time to decide. Got quoted $150 an hour for two men and a truck, which seemed very reasonable considering the other quotes I'd seen.I was given a delivery window of 9-12; on the day, I got a call at about 10:30am saying that it's likely that they'd show up well after 12, which I was fine with, and I really appreciate the advance warning and the effort taken to keep us in the loop. They called half an hour ahead of arrival around 1, and our movers (Alex and Alin) were both friendly and considerate and moved everything carefully and efficiently, as well as disassembled and reassembled the beds with their own tools.All in all, very happy with the service and the terms of billing. They did the job quickly and carefully and were really friendly as well. Good experience.read more

Holloway Removals were great for our move recently. Viny and his partner were champion guys, very professional and punctual. The work done exceeded our expectations and made our move way less stressful and were very good value for money. I would recommend these guys to anyone.read more

Amazing from start to finish. I contacted Holloway removals and spoke to Jack after the mover we had booked on Sunday just didn't show up. Jack quickly arranged for our move to be done the following day and confirmed within 2 hours of first speaking to him. We then got text messages from Felisha to be our contact for our move. Felisha was amazing as well and quick to respond to any questions I had and super helpful. Felisha also followed up after the move was completed to ensure we were happy. The onsite team that my husband worked with during the move, Pedro, Antonio and Samuel we absolutely fantastic. My husband said they were super hard working, very careful of all of our furniture, plastic wrapping anything that was fabric and extra careful with all our other items. We were moving from a 2 bedroom with a lot of stuff to a 4 bedroom house. It took a long time, around 7.5 hours but they could not have been harder workers or more efficient. Thank you Holloway removals for making this already very stressful move a lot less so.read more
